It takes courage to be sensitive.
To be sensitive to what rises from within. And to the breadth of pain and pleasure being felt in the world around us.
From the gift of sensitivity comes true presence. The ability to be present in connection with ourselves, with others, with lovers, and with the world as it truly is, and to offer whatever truth of our masculine, our feminine, and everything in between is available in that moment.
In the heart of Tantric wisdom traditions is the necessity of sensitivity.
Of the need to be aware of pain to find our way to deeper love and pleasure.
This workshop is an opportunity to celebrate and explore your sensitivity, through the different realms of the senses. Through sight, sound, movement, breath and touch, we'll explore the many ways our gifts of sensitivity are available to us, and can be utilised and enjoyed for the benefit of all.
